Our Business Model:
We operate our business on a factory-direct basis with our vendors and manufacturers. This means that the items that you purchase are usually packed and shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facility. This business model allows us to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers.
We pick our vendors very carefully. We require that they stock the furniture, package it to arrive safely and provide excellent service after the sale if needed. Also please understand that sometimes furniture does go on back order. We are entirely dependent on our suppliers to relay back order information. Please be understanding when these rare situations arise.
Shipping Rates:
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $99! Orders under this price have a flat shipping rate of $8.95. S&H rates to the 48 continental United States and District of Columbia. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be higher, please contact us for details.
Sorry, we currently do not ship outside of the USA.
Delivery Times:
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as we can! Please understand that most of the products that we sell are, by default, heavy or bulky. As a result, delivery times will usually take longer than standard sized shipments. Generally, most furniture orders will arrive in approximately 2 - 4 weeks via freight truck unless otherwise noted in the product description.
For smaller or lighter furniture items or other products such as garden décor, fire pits, etc, we will use UPS or FedEx whenever possible for faster delivery times. Many of our items, however, will have to be shipped via freight truck and can take longer for final delivery. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2 - 4 weeks to receive most larger furniture pieces.
If you have any questions about the delivery time or delivery method of your order or if you need to have a certain item by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will do our best to estimate the delivery date, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Please understand that we work very hard to ensure that you get your order as fast as possible. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!
We make every effort to keep our products in stock for fast shipment. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable or on backorder, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Freight Truck Delivery:
All large furniture items will be delivered via "Freight Truck" (Roadway, Yellow Freight, etc.). The freight company will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date. The items will either come boxed and/or on a pallet. The delivery driver will deliver your order as a curbside delivery. This means that the items will be placed in front of your residence along your curb or in your driveway. After inspecting the boxes and signing for the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to move the items to their final locations.
The Delivery Agent does not normally, and does not have to, allow time for the customer to unpack and inspect the merchandise. But, any obvious damage to the exterior of the boxes should be noted on the delivery slip before signing. If you find any damage to your items after fully unpacking the boxes, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@outdoorgardenfurniture.net. We will then be able to get the appropriate replacement parts or furniture pieces shipped to you.

Once we email you the tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly should additional freight or moving services be required, and you would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier. OutdoorGardenFurniture is not responsible for delayed service transit times.
Although most items are in stock, it does not mean they can ship within 24 hours. Most of the items require careful inspection and extensive packing. We understand that you are eager to get your new furniture, but we feel protecting your investment is just as important. Many items are delivered within 2-4 weeks but please allow up to 4-6 weeks in some circumstances.
Delivery is by appointment only Monday-Friday, depending on the area. The delivery agent will notify you of the day(s) they are in your area. The delivery service company will call to schedule an appointment within a four-hour window. Any additional charge due to delivery requests outside normal delivery hours or delivery days will be at the customer's expense.
